1. Place a sheet of white paper on the ground and have your dog stand on it with all four feet.
2.  Using a pen or pencil, trace a circle around the outside of your dog's first foot. Be sure to pay attention to the dog's back feet and press down on the foot to create an imprint.
3. Use a ruler to measure the length and width of the outer edge of the circle. The longest measurement is the length and the widest is the width. Repeat this process for all four feet.
4. Finally, choose the size of the dog shoes based on the longest length and widest width, but make sure it is at least 0.1 to 0.6 cm longer and wider than your dog's foot.
