Shipping policy


Different shipping methods are available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout before completing your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, select Standard Shipping. Your discount will appear in the Order Summary. Treats members always receive free standard shipping on orders over $19.99.

Typically, there is an option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Fast or Expedited). If you upgrade to Expedited shipping, your order must be received and credit authorization cleared by 9:00 p.m. ET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. If you upgrade to Fast, your order must be received and credit authorization cleared by noon ET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

48 Contiguous United States

  • Standard Shipping - Most orders arrive within 9-14 days and may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note: special orders, military addresses, and P.O. Boxes may exceed the standard shipping days.

  • Fast Shipping - Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via fast service and arrive within 7-9 days.

  • Expedited Shipping - Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Expedited service and arrive within 4-7 days.

Alaska or Hawaii

  • Fast Shipping - Most products may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via Fast Service and arrive within 10-14 business days.
  • U.S. Postal Service Most products may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, but some restrictions apply. Delivery is expected to arrive within 10-16 business days. The following products cannot be shipped via U.S. Postal Service at this time: products over 70 lbs., products with large dimensions, freight-only products, and flammable products.

P.O. Boxes (including Alaska & Hawaii), Military APO / FPO Addresses, P.O. Boxes in the U.S. Territories (including U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico), and U.S. Territories (including U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

  • U.S. Postal Service (7-14 business days*) - Most products may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, but some restrictions apply. Delivery is expected within 7-14 business days. The following products cannot be shipped via U.S. Postal Service at this time: products over 70 lbs., products with large dimensions, freight-only products, and flammable products.
