Order Status

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order,Β go toΒ Orders.Β Here’s what you willΒ see:Β 

Preparing for Shipment:Β This meansΒ we’re currentlyΒ processing and packing the goodies for your pet.Β You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order.Β WhenΒ your order ships, we’ll sendΒ anotherΒ email with tracking information.Β 

Shipped:Β Your order has left our warehouse.Β WithinΒ 24 to 48 hours,Β you will alsoΒ seeΒ a link to track your package.Β 

Delivered:Β Your order has arrived!Β Orders are delivered 8-10 days a week before 10 p.m.

How do I cancel or change my order?

A message about current events:Β Our teams are focused on serving as many pet parents as possible, and dueΒ to high demandΒ for essentials, including medication,Β we’reΒ temporarilyΒ not able to change existing orders.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go toΒ Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel This Order" link.Β Β 

If youΒ need help canceling your order, pleaseΒ send usΒ a messageΒ with your order number.Β WeΒ will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free.Β IfΒ we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In thatΒ case,Β we willΒ issue you a refund.Β We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase.Β 

How do I request a return or replacement?

Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them withinΒ 30 days of purchase.Β If you would like to request a return or replacement, pleaseΒ send us a messageΒ with your order number.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications. However, if the medication you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on aΒ case-by-case basis.

BestBuddy does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation,Β BestBuddyΒ does not take title to the refunded item.

How do I make a purchase?

To place an order, make sure you are logged in to your BestBuddy accountΒ orΒ create a new account.Β 

Next, search for the items you would like to order.Β Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Or,Β click β€œShop by Pet” to browseΒ different categories.Β Click on a product to see more details.Β To add theΒ product to your cart, click on the orange button thatΒ saysΒ β€œAdd to Cart.”  

After you addΒ something to your cart, you canΒ keep shopping orΒ check out. To check out,Β click on the orange button thatΒ saysΒ β€œProceed toΒ Checkout.” While you’re shopping,Β you can alwaysΒ click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen toΒ view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.Β Β 

On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address.Β At this time, we only ship within theΒ contiguous U.S. Next,Β add your select your payment method. Before you place your order,Β review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will beΒ reflected in your Order Total.Β When you’re ready, click the orange button thatΒ saysΒ β€œPlace Order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order.Β 

When will my payment method be charged?

Your payment method will be charged automatically on the date the order is shipped.Β As soon as you place your order, you may see a pending chargeΒ for the total amount of the order.Β The pending charge will disappear 24 to 48 hours after your order ships.Β There's no need to call or update anything online.

Why are there multiple charges on my card?

When you place an order, you will see a pending charge on your payment method for the total cost of your order. The pending charge will disappear within 24 to 48 business hours after your order ships.

We charge your payment method as your items ship. If your items have shipped in more than one box, youΒ may see multiple charges on your payment method:

  • One pending charge for the grand total of your order
  • Separate, final charges for each shipped box

Rest assured, you will only be charged for shipped items.

How do I add a payment method?Β 

To pay with a credit or debit card, go toΒ Payment MethodsΒ and click the blue hyperlink that says β€œAdd a New Credit or Debit Card.” Fill in the required information exactly as it appears on the cardΒ and click the button that says β€œSave Payment Method.” IfΒ you’reΒ using anΒ international credit card, pleaseΒ enter your shipping address in the contiguous U.S. intoΒ the billing address field andΒ contact us with your true billing address.

To pay with PayPal, clickΒ β€œAdd Your PayPal Account” and you'll be asked to signΒ in toΒ your PayPal account. After you sign in, you'll be taken back toΒ BestBuddystore.com.Β Β 

To pay with Apple Pay, visit Wallet & Apple Pay in the settings on your iPhone, iPadΒ or Mac and follow the instructions to set up Apple Pay. After Apple Pay is set up on your device, it will be available as a payment method at Checkout.

You can also add or change any of the payment methods we accept at Checkout.

Why is my credit card not working?

If you’re having trouble with your credit card,Β make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank.Β EnterΒ the name and credit cardΒ numberΒ exactly theΒ way you see it on the card.Β BeforeΒ you place your order, add the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.
