It’s quite beautiful when put together and it was exactly what I was looking for. It fits the theme of my office. I’ve had multiple surgeries on my back so I needed to have good support. The tall back to the seat supports my lumbar and cervical spine well. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is two fold: 1. The bottom plastic rod protector arrived cracked and 2. because the seat itself is a little hard, it has a decent amount of cushion which I appreciate but it’s a little stiff. I’m sure if you don’t have chronic back issues it’s not a problem but that’s just my two cents. As for the crack, it’s not noticeable unless you stare at the bottom part of my chair.
